Brandon was our salesman. He got my husband and I both into a vehicle. The process was seamless. There was no pressure at all everything was explained to me any time I had a question. I feel as though Brandon went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. I think I found the dealership I will go back to when I need another vehicle. Bought 2 brand new vehicles here in 2020 and 2024.If you just want a vehicle you found on your own and have all your service done elsewhere then this is your place! Came in for an oil change and the skid plate wasn't bolted back up so drug on the ground until someone pointed it out.Have a 2024 Dodge Durango with 20,000 miles on it with Pirelli's.Brought it in for an oil change at my local shop where they discovered metal belts showing on all 4 tires.The mechanic said only suspension issues or a bad batch of tires would cause this problem.The dealership will not warranty any of the work stating it was caused by needing an alignment.They don't want to honor any warranty work saying it was normal wear and tear on a 1 year old vehicle.Future Ford owner now
