VW Regina is excellent in both sales and service. I purposely waited to put this review up because I needed to see how the entire facility operated. Sales: Picked up a GTI from Alec at the end of 2025 and he was responsive, accommodating, knowledgable, and friendly. Never felt pressured to pull the trigger. Service: Shelby is great; she's empathetic but professional and got me in and out despite me just "popping in". Shuttle: John(s) (yes, there's more than one) are both fantastic. They're personable and they add the right amount of interaction based on their passengers introversion/extraversion tendencies. I tried it both ways being very quiet and being pretty talkative. AI: For the record... No one "likes" AI telephone prompts... That said, when you call service and talk to "Pam" - she will maintain a conversational flow without sounding robotic. You can hear background noise of keys typing and muffled conversations... Leading to a more genuine experience on the phone. So weirdly enough, good job Pam. This dealership does it right - great job on finding a team of equal caliber and drive! The product isn't the only thing that people take with them when they leave. Keep up the great work.

Bought a new Jetta GLI from Alec. Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful, not pushy. Prompt, delivered on whatever was said. Also other staff not directly involved were friendly and helpful too. Made purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable process.

Had a really great experience with Jack at the used dealership. He took the time to show me a few different options, answered all my questions, and made everything super easy and comfortable.
