I recently purchased a vehicle from Team Chevrolet and the overall experience was good. I did end up paying much more than my total & monthly budget but I absolutely love my car and it’s exactly what I wanted! The back brakes in this car ended up being totally shot within the first week and it did take me awhile to get in contact with someone at the dealership. But once I communicated with someone directly, I had an appointment scheduled and they fixed the brakes for free, saving me hundreds! Thank you Team Chevrolet and a HUGE thank you to Sam for coordinating the brake repair for me! You guys are awesome and I just love my Grand Cherokee!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very disappointed! They refused to give me what people call the "out the door" price of a car that I was interested in without putting me through a bunch of financial bs. I wanted to finance directly through my bank myself without going through them but they wouldn't even consider it. They just kept pushing me to finance it through them. People say that you pay higher interest rates when financing through a car dealership so I asked them what their interest rates are and they refused to answer me. They wouldn't give me the information I requested so I could make an informed decision. They had two similar cars, one newer than the other. The older one had more miles on it etc but it was the same price as the newer car but gave me no explanation as to why. When I left a voicemail with the salesman that I couldn't afford the car I'd been considering, I expected him to call and offer to help me find a less expensive car in good condition, but no. I've not heard anything from him at all. I've read other bad reviews about this place and I've talked to people who've bought a car from them and were extremely disappointed because the car turned out to be a terrible vehicle needed constant expensive repairs. They were so mad that they said they wouldn't buy another vehicle from this place and suggested that I look somewhere else. BEFORE you give this place your business, READ the reviews and ask around what other people think. Make sure you are making a clear and INFORMED decision before purchasing a vehicle! There's something WRONG when they refuse to give you simple information that you're requesting so you can make a clear informed decision.

Our car broke down while on vacation 😩. This was the closest dealership so gave them a call and they immediately stepped up to help. They gave us the information for getting a tow covered, contacted our warranty for us and kept in contact the whole time. They also offered to help get a rental but we already had one through our warranty. We did have to leave the truck and will be picking it up soon! Great staff and service so far!!

From the beginning, I was given information and assurances that ultimately proved to be inaccurate. I was led to believe certain terms and conditions would be honored, but those promises were not fulfilled. This has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. In addition, communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I experienced delays in responses, lack of follow-up, and at times felt completely ignored when trying to get updates or clarification. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and timely communication—none of which were consistently provided. Overall, the combination of misleading information, unmet promises, and lack of communication has resulted in a very disappointing experience. I believe this situation could have been avoided with clearer, more honest communication and better customer service. I would not feel comfortable recommending your dealership to others.
