Wanted to echo what I've seen so many others have also shared. My experience here was fantastic. Lots of transparency and great communication. I worked with Bria and never once felt pressured or like a simple sales opportunity. She's diligent and genuine in her approach and I felt heard and that she actually tried to find what worked best. I've unfortunately had poor experiences at dealerships that appeared to have lost touch with humanity and only cared for the highest dollar and every opportunity to nickel and dime the buyer. The team and this dealership appear to be a rare breed and I will happily continue doing business here moving forward.

I’d been hunting for a used Land Cruiser for a while and stumbled across one at Team Chevrolet of Swansboro. Living in Charlotte, I figured there was no way I could pull it off before someone else grabbed it — but apparently, fate (and great customer service) had other plans. I was honestly hesitant to talk to a salesman — you know how that usually goes — but James and Patrick immediately put me at ease. We agreed on a price over the phone, I made a deposit, and the next thing you know, I was on a plane to Williamsburg and catching an Uber to the dealership. (Still waiting on Patrick to Venmo me for that Uber. Kidding… mostly.) When I arrived, the Land Cruiser was waiting under cover like it was about to be unveiled at a car show. And let me tell you — it looked even better in person. Patrick was laid-back, professional, and just an all-around good guy. No pressure, no gimmicks, no nonsense — just solid service and good vibes. The Land Cruiser drives like a dream. Patrick even called the next day to make sure I made it home safely. I told him, “Yeah, made it home fine — when are you coming to pick this thing up?” The silence on the other end was priceless before I told him, “Don’t worry, you’re never getting it back.” Long story short, if you want a smooth, honest, and even fun car-buying experience, go see Patrick and James at Team Chevrolet of Swansboro. Just don’t try to buy my Land Cruiser — that ship has sailed!

Had my car in for service yesterday at Swansboro's, Team Chevrolet who continues to impress me from start to finish. Last week, Shep the Service Manager personally helped assist my car's scheduling and ensured the Master Tech and parts were available. Sarah greeted me and was super nice checking the car in, she kept me posted on the car's status. Sarah also ensured my checkout went very smoothly. Alex is my "go-to" Master Tech, he's super thorough & knowledgeable and I trust him 100% with my car... His attitude is perfect and only will do things the right way! Overall, yesterday's experience was outstanding and exactly what I've experienced in past visits. It's why I drive the nearly one hour from New Bern for my car's service. I highly recommend Swansboro's Team Chevrolet for servicing your cars and trucks. Great People, Great Service!

Jordan was very professional and helpful with my new truck purchase. I went in with a number of what I was willing to pay and with a little negotiation on both sides we ended up with a deal everyone was happy with. This is my second truck purchase and both have been great experiences.
