I had an amazing experience buying a car here. I had Stanley Beasley and he was great to work with! I traded in and got a great value for the car. They worked with me and showed me all my options. They were very honest about everything and made sure I got I wanted. I would highly recommend coming here if you want a dealership that cares about the person and not just selling a car.

Had the worst service experience today. Had an appointment at 10:30 to cut and program a new key from my vehicle, as I had lost mine and had a contract that replaces keys. At 12:30 I got an update from the service writer that the key is cut and I’m next for it to be programmed. Granted, this was all my appointment was for. I told them I was not waiting any longer, and asked them to get my original key and my vehicle because I was leaving, and that they needed to cancel the claim with the warranty company because I was getting my key somewhere else. I was then told by the service writer that these types of appointments shouldn’t be scheduled on a Saturday. I said cool, your service BDC scheduled it, they knew what it was for, that is not my problem. To then find out later there was no appointment for me in their system. The service manager spoke with me, said the claim was already paid so they couldn’t cancel it, and then all of a sudden the key was programmed and ready. The service manager said he’d like to take care of my next oil change for the inconvenience, and I had said no thank you because I am never coming back here. I understand they’re changing owners. I worked in the car business for 6 years and was involved in purchases of other dealerships, and it had never been that bad within a department. I am so disappointed that there are no good CDJR dealerships anywhere in this area. The whole entire department needs to be retrained at this location, starting with their service BDC. This should not have happened and I should not had to have wasted 2 and a half hours of my day for a simple key cutting and programming.

BUYER BEWARE of Victory Jeep in Merrillville (currently being taken over by Team Auto Group). This was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The dealership attempted to add costs and fees into the final numbers without clearly informing us, seemingly hoping it would go unnoticed once buried in the total price. Customers should NEVER have to dissect paperwork just to understand what they’re actually being charged for. To make matters worse, the General Manager, Ethan, was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the process. Instead of treating customers with respect and transparency, we were met with arrogance and pressure tactics. Thankfully, everything happens for a reason. We walked away and went to another dealership where we received outstanding customer service from start to finish. Our salesperson, Finance Manager, and General Manager treated us with honesty, professionalism, and respect, exactly how car buying should be. Victory Jeep lost a sale and any future business from us. We will never return and would strongly encourage others to review every single number carefully before signing anything there.

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude from Courtland (Sales Rep) at this location. I could not be happier or more pleased with my experience not only with him, but this entire dealership. After the purchase of my vehicle I wanted to have a few things done to it, and Courtland took care of everything for me. He kept me updated through the entire process. If you are looking for a new car definitely go see Courtland, and the staff at Victory Jeep in Merrillville. Thanks to Joe, Christian, and Ethan at Victory as well. A+ and the only place I will be buying from anymore.

First day of new ownership for them was today I brought in my car for service. Max took care of me. They are trying super hard and they have been fantastic. Max worked very hard to make sure things went smoothly. Great job overall!
