I had a fantastic experience working with Andrew recently. I went into the dealership to get a trade-in appraisal for my car and received a really fair, competitive value. While I was there, Andrew set me up with a test drive in a pre-owned Subaru Outback and took the time to show me some other excellent options. What I appreciated most was his completely zero-pressure approach. He was incredibly helpful and professional, even knowing that I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger on a purchase just yet. When the time comes for me to officially buy, I will absolutely be returning to work with Andrew. Highly recommend asking for him if you want an stress-free car shopping experience!

2015 Dodge Caravan - After searching everywhere for a decent, affordable used van within our budget, we kept finding over-priced models or cheap ones full of rust and mechanical issues sold "as-is". Then we found an ad at Team Chrysler, went in, and met Andrew. My wife and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was incredibly genuine, honest, and made the entire process completely stress-free. We put our faith in him and it paid off—when we took the caravan to our mechanic for safety, it only needed two front tires and a brake cable! If you want a smooth experience with someone you can actually trust, go see Andrew at Team Chrysler. Highly recommended! His (Andrew’s) honesty, friendly attitude and no pressure tactics is in my opinion what makes a great salesman.

If you respect your time and expect basic honesty in a car buying process, I would strongly advise you to be cautious with this dealership. Overall, a very frustrating and avoidable experience. If you are traveling or planning your schedule around a vehicle here, I would strongly recommend avoid these people I called in advance about a pre-owned vehicle they had listed with Eshwar. I was clearly told the car was not physically on the lot yet as it was a trade-in, but I could come in the next day at 3:00 PM to view it. I even confirmed the appointment and specifically asked if a deposit was needed to secure my spot or the vehicle. I was told no, and that I was the first appointment, so I would be fine. On the day of the appointment, I received a call earlier in the morning while I was about an hour away. I explained my situation and still confirmed I would be there for 3:00 PM. I was reassured again that I was the first appointment and everything was fine. However, 1hr of drive and 20 min before my appointment, I was informed that the vehicle had been “sold” to someone else over call. I was then told I could place a backup offer instead, with no clear communication about timing or the fact that the car was already being shown/processed with other buyers while I was still under the impression my appointment was secured. Despite me already being on the way and ready to purchase (I had a bank draft prepared for the full amount), the situation felt disorganized and poorly communicated. When I arrived, I was told others had already placed backup offers, which directly contradicted what I was told earlier about being first in line. What was most disappointing was not just the fact that the vehicle was no longer available, but the lack of transparency and respect for my time. I adjusted my schedule, drove over an hour, and was given confidence that I had a confirmed first appointment—only to be left with a completely different situation upon arrival. At no point did it feel like there was an effort to properly communicate changes in availability or offer any real alternative solutions, other than a backup offer after the fact.

I recently purchased a 2025 Dodge Ram Bighorn Midnight Edition and I am extremely satisfied with both the truck and the service I received at this location. The vehicle is powerful, smooth to drive, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable and modern interior. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would like to personally thank Ishwar and Keith (the managers), as well as Diego, for their professionalism, patience, and dedication throughout the entire process. They made everything clear and easy, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I felt welcomed and treated with respect from beginning to end.
