I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership not once but twice. The first experience was about four years ago and it was such a seamless and caring interaction that carried on through my owning a vehicle there so naturally I returned. I felt the next purchase would be similar so I trusted them to sell me a vehicle that I could also enjoy for the upcoming years however have not enjoyed it. They sold a vehicle that they could not service without any disclosure of it. I purchased a warranty particularly because I could take it there in my hometown. I gave up calling after multiple attempts to where often they would not take my calls, return texts and made me feel I just wasn’t worth their time. I am unfortunately stuck and will never do business there again. Unfortunately because of a few people didn’t find it necessary to stand behind the product that they sell. I wasn’t going to post a review because I never intentionally want to hurt anyone or make anyone feel invaluable but I was definitely made to feel unimportant. There are a hundred other places to shop but I chose them because they are local and I believe in loyalty.

Cheryl was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. My transaction went very smoothly, I had no concerns or issues with the purchase and I LOVE my Jeep! I would shop there again.

I made a deal over the phone with Brandi and Carlton. Both very congenial and professional. Trade values and purchase price were agreed upon prior to my 600 mile round trip. Brandi did an excellent job of getting everything ready for a quick visit. I docked the review by one star and nearly two because while completing documentation Carlton had to inform me that the truck was a demo with over 4000 miles on it. The vehicle was advertised as new with only a few miles. Untitled is not the same. I was livid and seriously considered leaving. I didn’t believe that Carlton was at fault and he was accommodating by negotiating a reduction in price to my satisfaction. All said and done, I am happy with the truck. The dealership needs to be more forthcoming in the future.

Exceptional experience. There is a reason this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. The sales manager Zach was super patient and understanding of my personal situation and was a pleasure to work with. My sales advisor, Brandi, was amazing. Very personable. She thoroughly explained every step of the process and constantly checked in to see if I had any questions. I asked a lot of questions and even the ones she wasn’t completely sure about she made sure to find out the answer to help keep me an ease. This entire experience felt like I was relaxing with a bunch of life long friends the entire time. Low stress! This is the only dealership that I’ve been to where it’s abundantly clear that your happiness is more important than just making a sale. No matter where you live this dealership in Morganton NC is worth the drive!
