I had an overall great experience with Gulman Acura. I knew what I wanted to test drive, they brought the vehicle up for me to see and drive. My salesman, Andy, was excellent and patient working with me. Although I was only going to see the vehicle in person after my husband found it online. I purchased the same day. There wasn't a lot of going back and forth and I appreciate that they respected my time. It still took a little bit, but not as long as it has taken in the past. I upgraded my vehicle!

I dragged in like I was headed to the Gulag—prepared for a fight—and boy was I wrong. The entire team was refreshingly nice, straightforward and really knew their product! From the manager, Guillermo, to the finance manager, Michael and my salesman Juan—outstanding!! We went in for one car and were so pleased that we came home with two—seriously!
