Matt is a TOP Notch SALES person at Team One , The truck I wanted wasn't on the lot however we found one elsewhere and with a little work it was brought to their lot on the day of my purchase. It was important for Us to stay Local and not possibly run to the next best thing in another state . My Wife and I believe in supporting our local businesses and were glad we have the opportunity to do so here at Team One. This is to sing the praises of Mark in the Service department. Was in Swanton on a trip when my GMC Acadia had a problem. Called Team One service and got Mark. Said they were booked out to more than a week but if I could drop by he'd take a quick look and see if was something easy. He took the time to have a look and look at the engine codes. In his look he found that the previous service at home had messed up the air filter housing and maybe the MAF. He reset the codes but the problem returned, but I now knew what the issue was. The next day was able to address it myself and now will resume my trip. Kudos to Mark and his willingness to help and really provide "service"!! Go Team One.

A dear jumped out and smashed our car. We stopped by to have their team check damage. They verified what we suspected but were incredibly honest and transparent! They told us how long it would take to get parts, made sure the hood was secure and then topped off fluids! Not only did they send us away after an hour charging us nothing but they gave us confidence in what needed to be done once we got back home! Amazing team and highly recommend Dave and the Manager to helped us out directly. But everyone from the supply desk to the front desk person left a great experience! Thanks Team One!
