I started looking for a truck in Febuary. As of writing this it is the 31st of May and I just brought home my new Chevy! My friend Darrell Farmer helped me through the whole process and was happy to take his time to make sure that there was no pressure or rush. He went above and beyond to actually get to know me and what I was looking for in my new vehicle. He spent 3 long months helping me get everything just right! And on the day I came in to buy, it felt more like having fun with a friend than speaking to a salesperson. I would HIGHLY recommend Team One Chevrolet of Gadsden and Darrell Farmer to anyone I know who needs a new vehicle but doesn't want to buying process to feel like a race!

Very polite. I showed app at 7:30 in the morning, actually, it was 7:26 in the morning and they said, how can I help you? I told him he said we'll get right to it. We'll do our best and we'll let you know what the results are. They gave me a ride back to my campground since I was from Florida out-of-state and they told me it would be fixed the next day and sure enough, the next day it was done, Charles and his service department is worth his weight in gold and more all I can say, is he's a wonderful guy, and he's a great guy to have a dealership. I'm telling you that I wish they were my hometown dealer

I purchased a new vehicle last month. Austin was amazing at showing me every detail of my new car. I went back in today and was immediately called by name! Brian was also amazing. He handled all of the details and explained what everything meant. It is nice to know that they care and help you find the perfect vehicle!

This dealer was great, no BS fees despite knowing we drove from another state to pick up the car. A lot of dishonest dealers will try to upsell you on stuff that you don't need once you sit down with the paperwork Infront of you. Not this dealer though, the entire process was fully transparent and quick, I paid exactly what we agreed on the phone. The team was engaging, caring and nice. For contrast we have bought around 13 cars over the past 10 years or so, we always leave dealers with a sour taste as it is always a battle to not get screwed over. This dealer was the complete opposite and we left in awe of how seamless and geniuenly pleasant the experience was. Huge shout out to Bryan Stanfield for being the BEST, quickest responding and overall most honest salesman we have had the pleasure of doing buisness with. This is the only dealer that I would happily drive 5 hours to again to purchase another car because based on my experience I know that I can trust Bryan.

Parker Anderson was super helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. He’s the kind of person who genuinely puts effort into helping people and making sure they’re taken care of. Definitely someone I’d recommend talking to if you’re looking for a vehicle.
