Rob in sales was extremely knowledgeable about Toyota’s history and technology and took the time to show me all the nuances of owning a new Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid! Going from an old 2007 minivan to a 2026 vehicle I was ages away and he was so patient, kind and understanding. Nick in Finance was great as well. Mrs. Olsen and Alex were amazing. She made the paperwork seem very easy. Nothing with the VA is easy until her. Alex had everything ready for us and amazing customer service. I just bought a new Toyota at Team Toyota. My experience was great from the time I walked in. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and my salesman Richard Kearney was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and honest, answering all of my questions through the whole process. Maria in finance was also wonderful and there was never any pressure to purchase extras so I was able to make good decisions for my needs. I will add that I think it's helpful to know which vehicle you are interested in so that the options are narrow and not overwhelming when you visit a dealer.
Purchased my second new car from Team Toyota. Traded in the 2012 Prius. That car was great. 14 years with only 1 issue that took any money for me too fix. The service section kept it going this long. Good people there. My current Salesman got me a new Corrola Cross Hybrid XSE. Tony Gott. If you can't find it...."Tony Gott IT!!"
