Team Volkswagen of Hayward

I had a wonderful experience at Team Volkswagen in Hayward this past Saturday, May 23, 2023, while purchasing a brand new 2026 Volkswagen Jetta Sport for my college son. The entire team made the process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from beginning to end. A special thank you to Yama, Ehsan, Pedro, and Connie for all of their patience, kindness, and support with the paperwork and throughout the entire process. Everyone worked together to make sure we were taken care of and understood every step. Connie deserves a very special recognition because I have been working with her for over a decade. She has always been dependable, professional, caring, and responsive. Whenever I have questions, she always returns my calls if she misses them, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help. My whole family drives Volkswagens, so at this point we are basically the Volkswagen family around Newark when all of our cars are parked together lol! That alone says a lot about the trust and loyalty we have with Team Volkswagen. If you are looking for respect, kindness, professionalism, and a team that truly supports you in getting the car you deserve, I highly recommend Team Volkswagen in Hayward. Leo and Yama are fantastic. I filled out an Autotrader request for more information on a car. Leo contacted me within 5 minutes of me submitting my request. Leo sent me the carfax and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He sent me a video of the car. Yama called me to follow up and offered me an option to place a deposit on the car to hold it since I don’t live locally. I travelled in and purchased the car without any problems. Yama and Leo are the best! No BS and will do whatever they can to assist you.

Just bought a used Subaru Outback here, and the experience was incredible! A huge thanks for going above and beyond. And myy 60-year-old mom had a long list of very small, detailed, and picky requirements for cars we buy， but they handled everything with amazing patience in under 30 minutes. They made her feel genuinely respected and happy throughout the process. They also handled all the financing and DMV paperwork seamlessly. What impressed me the most was that since it's a used car, the second key was still with the previous owner—Sam and Yama actually went to pick it up and personally delivered it to my place! Just got this 2022 Model S last week. Both Pedram and Leo were very professional answering all my questions and the purchase process was very smooth. They also took care of my car before & after I picked it up!

I must say that Ro was amazing and helped me get my dream car with no hassle. He was very friendly and communication was clear and concise on what was needed. I recommend him if you ever stop by to purchase a new vehicle.
