I drove up to Rustin yesterday from Smithfield, Virginia about 197 miles. I had an important meeting to go to this morning but when I came out to the car, my tire was flat. So I took an Uber to the office when I got done with my meeting, I dealt with the car. I called Lincoln roadside service and they came and put my spare on, but I knew that basically 3 o’clock in the afternoon there was no way I was going to get that tire repaired so I could be on the road back to Smithfield tonight. I went to a local tire repair place and they told me my tire couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. I drove to Ted Britt Lincoln dealership. That’s when I met the best service manager in all of Lincoln, Meghan Walls. She immediately took action and checked to see if the tire was in stock but then she said I would probably have to leave the vehicle with them overnight, but she would make sure it was repaired tomorrow morning. Well, she didn’t give up she talked to her technician, and even though it was after 4:30 in the evening, she and the technician decided they would replace the tire today so that I could get back on the road and back to Smithfield tonight. I just want to tell you that if you ever need a Lincoln or if you have a Lincoln and you need Lincoln Service come to Ted Britt Lincoln dealership in Chantilly and asked to speak to Meghan Walls. I don’t know too many other people who are as pleasant as she is and as helpful at the end of their workday.

We had a great Experience buying our 2026 Aviator here. Our salesman, Khine was outstanding! He was super positive and patient throughout the entire process and informed us of all the differences in package options. Mr. Britt was also fantastic to work with, and clearly was listening to us.
