This place Been amazing to me and my family I came in with a Subaru left with my rogue. I was so frustrated with not having so good credit at that. Going to different dealer too. It was a fast process too working with Aiden and Elijah. They made me feel super comfortable with the whole process. Thank you so much I am in love with my car.

I already framed up my mind to drive out a new 2026 VW GTI today from the moment i woke up. Teddy Volkswagen made that possible in the most positive way. As I checked in for my appointment, Carlos G, a Senior Manager approached me and everything was "peachy" from there. From test driving the car to moving my stuff from the old car went great. Something memorable one would never get from a car dealership. The dealership itself is so full of real people. Happy people. And I should not forget the Finance guy, Franklin. Thoughtful. Straight- forward and just very helpful. Gave me tips on how to clean up my credit. Over all, you should go to Teddy Volkswagen if you need a new car. A "no stress" place. And oh, by the way, thanks to the lady that helped me have not one but two cups of good coffee. That's a kicker! Happy is what I am when I drove my new 2026 GTI out of Teddy Volkswagen. Had Doug as my salesman and Franklin as finance manger who took care of me. Both really great and professional people. Everyone was very nice and welcoming in the dealership and took care of me really well and i notice small things like that. The only thing i would recommend for improvement is the waiting time, i had to go there three times to fill out paper work and each time i had to wait a good amount of time. Other than that great place to buy a car and i would definitely recommend.

I’ve been a customer of teddy VW for a while. Every time I go I’m treated like family. Everyone is very friendly and they really work with you on trying to meet your needs. The sales rep that helped me was just amazing and caring her name is Yassiel Madera and the financing person was Franklin Medina. Both of them really made sure that walked out the dealership with exactly what I wanted. If you go to teddy VW in the Bronx ask to work with Yassiel and Franklin you won’t regret it.
