Pretty easy experience! Anthony was great. He put up with all my 1000 questions and helped me through the process pretty fast! I can be difficult with making decisions. Easiest and friendliest experience at a dealer.

Torrey was a pleasure to work with. Wasn’t pushy and gave the keys back right away for my trade. A lot of other dealers try keeping your keys as a tactic to keep you inside. Overall experience was fantastic and finally got the truck I’ve been wanting for years. Andre in finance good to work with as well. Like the fact that all of my paperwork comes on a flash drive now. Also had the pleasure of speaking with Matt because I had some concerns over a few things that he was able to talk me through to make it make sense. Overall experience I would say was very welcoming and will probably buy a future vehicle from here.

My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience at Tempe Dodge/Ram/Jeep. We picked the dealership because we have had great experience with their service department on our other MOPAR vehicles. The entire sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. There never used high pressure or pushy sales tactics which was very refreshing. Huge shout-outs to Anthony W our salesman who helped us find the specific vehicle we were looking for. Charles M the sales manager was great to work with as well. He clearly explained the financing and bonus cash options available. They gave us a very fair price and pointed out some additional discounts we were eligible for. Easily the most positive car buying experience I've ever had.

Excellent customer service! Found the vehicle I was looking for online. I was able to get an OTD price via text, scheduled a test drive and meet the Tempe Dodge team. Anthony W. handled the purchase. Excellent customer service on his end. Anthony answered every single question , ran multiple OTD financing options, and followed up with me after the test drive. This dealership is blessed to have Anthony on the team, he accommodated my communication needs- most of our convo was via text! This sped everything up and made the purchase process fast! It was a great deal. Everyone happy, dealership sold a car and made some money, and I saved a lot of money purchasing the vehicle here! Online sites like autotrader and car gurus make it easy to see a “good deal”. Dealership also put brand new tires on the vehicle. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase of a family vehicle. I had a very disappointing experience at Tempe Dodge and feel completely misled. Over a holiday weekend, I went in to trade in my vehicle. I was told that I could take a vehicle home while waiting on final approval from my bank. I specifically asked the salesman if there was anything I needed to sign or do before driving the vehicle off the lot because I was hesitant. He told me no, and even had a manager confirm that I was fine to take it, and no paperwork needed to be signed. spoke with my salesman’s over and over stating I could wait till Tuesday to come in with my bank and paperwork. They were very adamant to take the new vehicle. Shortly after the holiday, my bank contacted me and informed me they would NOT be approving the loan and that I should not have taken the vehicle. I immediately returned the car to the dealership and gave back the keys. However the manager and sales representative stated we do this all time and this is a very normal transaction. That’s when I was told I owed a $500 detailing/cleaning fee. This was never mentioned beforehand. I had clearly asked if there was anything I needed to know or do before taking the vehicle because I was unsure about the situation. If I had been told there would be any kind of fee or financial responsibility if financing fell through, I would have never driven the vehicle off the lot. Instead, I felt pressured to take it, reassured that everything was fine, and then blindsided with a $500 charge. This experience felt extremely deceptive and unprofessional. I get my vehicle serviced here and have worked with them to get vehicle after vehicle. I’m a very loyal costumer. I would also strongly encourage others to get everything in writing and be very cautious before agreeing to anything here. My whole experience makes me question whether continuing my vehicle serviced there is best.
