I had a really positive experience purchasing my used vehicle from Tempe Honda this week. I was really anxious to buy a car by myself for the first time and I felt no pressure to commit and make a decision there and then. I have to say that this was my first and only truly pleasant experience buying a car at a dealership. Corey Allen, the salesman who helped me, is an amazing, empathetic human and genuinely there to help. I came in for service, which is extraordinary by the way, and something told me to ask to speak to someone about upgrading to a larger vehicle. This is my third car in a year… a long, very ridiculous story… nonetheless, we were gifted a service dog by the Make-a-wish foundation for my daughter about 8 months ago. The German Shepherd, Hazel, and the kids no longer fit in the back of my old car, the Honda Accord. They made the process super simple and showed me a lots of love. I ended up with my dream car, the Honda Pilot Trailblazer. They only had one left of the trim level I wanted. God is good! The financial supervisor who did my paperwork was so patient with me in explaining everything. The whole process can be so overwhelming and intense. She closed the deal, easing each question or concern. I left feeling empowered and my family is so grateful. Yes!

I was extremely lucky to deal with Keith Campbell as my sales associate. He was an experienced, non pushy, polite, knowledgeable associate. In fact, darn near perfect for my taste. I was interested in a 2026 Honda Prelude in winter frost white with all the bells and whistles. They only had black, but were able to track down a white one. Tempe Honda went to a lot of trouble to get the car I wanted. They treated me with respect and offered a very fair transaction on a beautiful automobile!
