Lack of communication and I was told I was okay to pick up my car on the weekend due to my work schedule. I pay 40 bucks to uber here and it’s completely empty. The doors are wide open without a human in site. Nobody could advise me on why I cannot pick up my car as told. I have added the photos of this ghost town below. This is highly unprofessional and what a waste of time and money that I’m sure they will not refund. Never again
While traveling with 3500 Ram Promaster RV we were hit hard on the front wheel side. Ernie was able to take us in the following morning. Ernie, Brett, and Kelly are a great team that communicates with each other. They allowed us to park on adjacent lot overnight so we did not need to get a hotel. They thoughly investigated allignment, suspension damage, and wheel balance to correct vibration. They did several test drives including Ernie took me for a final test to make sure it was good. Besides fixing the vehicle at a reasonable cost, I had the sense from every conversation that they are all caring people. They took good care if us while 2,000 miles from home.
