I cannot express enough how trustworthy, professional, and kind Mr. Silva is. If there is anything you need to talk about, just talk to him. He is a business man, father, and husband and operates his business in good faith. If there's something about a car that concerns you- just TALK to him. He will address it with his mechanics or lower a price. The ONLY bad reviews I've seen are people not understanding what TTL means, and people expecting him to communicate after 5pm when he is at home with his family. In my experience, he was EXTREMELY responsive, and made time for me by appointment when I needed to come back. Don't buy from an owner/seller, buy from Mr. Silva at Tenpoint Auto.

My experience at Tenpoint Auto Center was great. Kildson was a great car salesman. He was patient and ensure I was comfortable with making the purchase, and even replaced the battery after I bought the car. Something he didn’t have to do, but went out his way. I will recommend him to friends and family. I drove from San Antonio to purchase the car and satisfied with my decision. Thank you Kildson.

Our 17 year old was looking for a first car, something under $4k that was running well but didn't care about cosmetics. While surfing Craigslist, we found a legendary 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in silver with 200k miles. The interior is 95% great with the exception of some wearing away of the dash letters/numbers, the radio LCD a bit fainted, and some minimal cracking in the dash but the seats and all else in great condition. He allowed us to take it for a test drive so we found out the left CV joint was creaky, the breaks were mostly good but a bit shaky while braking from high speeds, and there was a back door sensor that was bad (making the car think it wasn't closed so the fuse for the interior lights was removed to keep the battery from wearing down). He promised to order that sensor and replace the bad one with it to fix that problem, which he did and was super nice and genuine about it. We let the minor CV joint/brakes issue go to haggle the price down which he did considerably. I hooked up my BlueDrive to the OBD2 port and ran diagnostics to ensure nothing was being hidden and this thing runs strong and healthy! No codes came back. It's been about 6 weeks and it's been an outstanding (first) car, which makes me hate GM for discontinuing these Pontiacs since they were very nice affordable and reliable cars for new and experienced drivers. This guy is a very knowledgeable and honest, hard working Brazilian migrant who has done better than your typical salesman here in the states in my book. Don't let the lack of appeal or fancy lobbies keep you from him to get a used car, he's got a good selection with decent prices that he will haggle fairly on. We have 2 other teen boys fixing to get their first cars and we'll be looking here first. My son thanks you guys for a great experience on finding a car.

I had an amazing experience at Tenpoint Auto Center! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I bought a used car from here in early 2022. Initially things went well; the car needed a few repairs and Kildson took care of some quick items before I bought the car. After owning it for about 2 weeks, the check engine light came on. I had to spend a lot of money to fix issues related to the valve cover gasket leaking and coil packs. The check engine light also indicated a failed catalytic converter, meaning the vehicle won't pass the annual inspection. Kildson was initially responsive and promised he would get a new catalytic converter for me, but never delivered on that promise. He also never delivered on other promises he made about replacing some broken or missing parts on the vehicle. He constantly would make up excuses about why he hasn't ordered this or that part, and eventually just stopped responding. He also promised he could give me discounted labor on any work the car needed done, and when I tried to reach out about this (several times, since the car needed some work), he would tell me the mechanic was too busy, or some other excuse. On top of all this, he assured me that emissions inspections were done every 2 years and that we had plenty of time to take care of the catalytic converter issue. Well, inspections are actually due every year, and now I have to pay to have one installed myself, since he wouldn't respond or deliver on what he promised. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.
