I just purchased a 2020 GMC Acadia SLT for my girlfriend from Teara Ford. Overall I was very happy with my experience at this dealership. We drove 4 hours each way for this car. Ignacio was our sales person and he was very fun to deal with. The dealership was clean and welcoming and we felt like everyone we dealt with during the purchasing transaction was very professional. I took off one star because the day after we purchased our car we found out that the onboard navigation system did not work. I called the dealership 4 days in a row seeking guidance on the issue and there was never a service advisor available. The last day I called they said they escalated the call and I would hear something that day. That was a week ago and nobody has returned my call since. I ended up buying an SD card reader and using that to diagnose the faulty SD which I ordered from GM to correct the issue. Secondly I talked to a sales manager here after we bought this Acadia and told him I was interested in buying another nearly identical Acadia from the sister Chevrolet dealership. He told me he worked at both stores and would get me a best out the door price on that car as well. I told him we were willing to make the 8 hour round trip to them for the right deal. We never heard back from them on that either. Overall I think this is a good dealership to deal with they just need to work on internal communication and following up with customer needs.

This was actually my favorite car buying experience I’ve had. I worked with Zach and he was amazing. I was even picked up to come to the dealership. Top tier customer service. I kept getting turned down at several dealerships I gave up. Zach had to over work to convince this wouldn’t be the same experience. He did not lie. They found a bank to work with my situation. I got the car and I love it. 10/10 highly recommend!

I really like this ford dealership. It’s worth the short drive from western burbs. I was looking for a CPO car with specific features and colors and no other dealer was interested in me when they realized they did not a car I would buy that same day. Joseph kept in touch with me and let me know when something that filled my needs was coming in. I quickly purchased the car in about a 2 hour visit to the store. The GM had to perform double duty as finance manager and we had a good time after I barked that it was taking too long. Price discussion was respectful and I felt we quickly got to a fair market price. I would buy here again. I’ll use them for service because of how the purchase process went

We came from almost two hours away to buy a vehicle there because it was the only dealer closest that had exactly what we wanted on the lot. Very nice dealership!! Everyone from the salesperson to the Finance Director/General Manager were very respectful, friendly, and helpful. Even though this was not our regular dealership we do routine business with, they treated us like such.

Went in for an oil change, was there for almost 2 hours. I had recalls needed to be done, but told them I would come back for them. Also, they couldn't remove the valve stem toppers - said they were siezed. They could've told me that, I would have been fine if they came to me and asked if they could do whatever it took to break them off.
