One of my best vehicle buying experiences to date. Everybody was super helpful and knowledgeable. Giles was awesome, Megan my sales lady went above and beyond and Kayla in finance was brilliant. All numbers were as advertised, no surprises later on…. Everything was laid out perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all around for the crew over at Tercier’s.

Absolutely phenomenal service on our fleet trucks. The fleet manager, Sean, was professional, expedient and meticulous on details, even anticipating possible changes we would want to make ahead of time. I’ve dealt with several dealerships for fleet vehicles and this was the best experience by far. Highly recommended!

My in-laws were up visiting from BC and had a check engine light come on so we stopped in to see if they could help us at Terciers. They came outside ran a diagnostic, told us the issue. Then worked on adjusting their schedule to fit them in before they had to drive back to BC. They also checked the warranty on the vehicle to make sure it was covered if possible. They kept us in the loop through the booking and called us with an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. Thank you to the staff at Terciers for the excellent service and great communication.
