I saw the vehicle online and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am 5 hours away, but that didn’t matter. The salesman Andy Downing, is a great guy who answered every question I had. We communicated through phone calls and texts. He wanted to be sure it was what I wanted since I was driving a good distance to see it. He took his phone and did a complete walk around inside and out. Nothing any small scratches or imperfections, no matter how small. Guaranteed it had not been smoked in. The price was a very good deal, so much, I never even asked for a cheaper price. No haggle purchase. They got me a great interest rate as well. After saying all of this, this is coming from a guy who has worked at a different GM/Chrysler dealership for 37 years, and still does! So I know the business pretty well. Everything went flawless! The 2025 Durango I bought, has every option I wanted and some I didn’t know it had, but love. If anyone has a doubt about a purchase from Terry Henricks, DONT!!! From the time we contacted the dealership we were treated very respectfully. The salesman Jacob was completely knowledgeable. Several times he said if he didn't know he would find out so we had the right information. He helped us setup the seats and paired our phones with the truck. Great people! I had recently lost my voice, and live out of state. Other dealers stopped replying to emails or text, seemingly because they couldn't talk with me over the phone. Ashley and Andy, made "the car buying experience" super easy. Andy was amazing, answering all my questions with pictures and videos through email, and text. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience. Jacob was great to work with from start to finish. A few phone calls, texts, and the car is exactly like pictured. He is very responsive to questions on any vehicles you are considering. Definitely recommend coming in to check out the new or used inventory.
