Jas provided amazing customer service and spent a lot of time with us. This is my second time owning a Tesla, my last pickup was in 2022and compared to that experience, this was a complete 180° difference. He did not pressure us in any way to purchase the vehicle and patiently answered every question we had. The level of care and attention Jas showed truly went above and beyond his role. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable—one of the best customer service experiences I’ve received. Highly appreciate his dedication and support.

I had a fantastic experience with Tesla, especially thanks to Savroop. Sav (short for Savroop) went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and always took the time to answer my many questions (and I know I had a lot!). Even when there were complications with a previous order that had to be cancelled due to finance calculation issues, he handled everything professionally and helped ensure my refund was processed smoothly. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you, Savroop, for turning what could have been a stressful process into a great one. Looking forward to picking up my Model Y this week!

I had an outstanding experience at the Tesla showroom in Brampton thanks to the exceptional service provided by Savroop (Customer Experience Specialist). He demonstrated the highest level of customer sensitivity and professionalism throughout the entire visit. He was always smiling, welcoming, and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we arrived. He was fully knowledgeable and capable of answering every question and query we had with patience and clarity. What truly stood out was his dedication—he kindly waited after hours for us to return since our test drive took longer than expected. Even after that, he remained cheerful, attentive, and more than happy to continue answering all of our questions. This level of service is rare and genuinely appreciated. Tesla Brampton is fortunate to have someone like Savroop who is super committed to customer care.

I visited this Tesla dealership with my teenage children. During our visit, sales representative Lovy Dhaliwal assisted us and, while showing us the vehicles, requested our names and contact information. At one point, I stepped away to take a phone call. During that time, this Lovy Dhaliwal appeared to engage in flirtatious behavior toward my teenage daughter. The following day, he located my daughter's Instagram account and sent her a direct message stating: "Hey, I thought you were cute. It was nice meeting you yesterday." I find this conduct highly inappropriate and unprofessional. A sales representative should not use a customer interaction as an opportunity to pursue personal contact with a customer's teenage daughter. This behavior raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, boundaries, and customer trust. The next day, I personally visited the dealership to report the matter. Manager was not there. A female employee, whose name I will not disclose here, informed me that she would report the incident to management and that a manager would contact me. However, despite being assured that the matter would be addressed, I have received no follow-up communication from the dealership. The lack of response from management has only added to my disappointment with this experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with this dealership and would prefer to visit another Tesla location in a different city in the future. I am submitting this complaint so that the dealership and Tesla can review this matter and take appropriate action.

Excellent service experience at the Brampton Tesla Service Centre. The team took the time to fully understand the concerns and carefully analyzed the issue as requested. They were professional, efficient, and completed the service within the estimated 30 minutes, as promised. The facility was welcoming, and I truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!
