Tesla Edmonton

Huge thanks to Russell for helping me and my husband get started on our Tesla journey, and to Harsh for patiently showing us all the functionality of the vehicle. They were both very helpful and made the whole experience smooth and exciting for us. We’re very satisfied with our brand new Model Y and truly appreciate the great service! ☺️

I have nothing but good things to say about Tesla Edmonton's mobile service technician, John Tate. He is extremely knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles. He first helped us installed our garage door opener on our Model Y, guiding us how he does it and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He then fixed several issues on our Model S Plaid. Not only is John helpful, but he is extremely knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles.

I went into this dealership thinking I was going to leave empty handed as I did after going to BMW Land Rover Lexus Mercedes Porsche and Cadillac. They all Great sales people nice facilities and definitely Very Nice Cars. To top it off I have great relationships with many of them because I still have their cars. They all have very good products. I was met at Tesla in a nice clean dealership by their owner Russ. Told him I didn’t know anything about Electric but heard lots of criticisms about Electric Cars in Edmonton weather. To make a long story short he convinced me that the car was worth a test drive and how in the last 6 months there has been changes. Eileen took over and we went on a test drive. The car drove us to costco and back. I sat looking at the traffic while the car drove and sold itself. We bought their Cyber Truck. I am ever grateful to the kind people at Tesla. Book a test drive with them for 10 AM. I show up the vehicle I wanted is with a customer for overnight Demo drive and won’t be back at 11 AM so I’m offered the vehicle for an overnight instead of just test drive if I come back at 4 PM OK I come back at 4 PM. The vehicle is given to me completely filthy inside and out and no service was checked on the vehicle was returned by the previous customer. I got a low tire pressure notification after leaving the dealership, but there was heavy traffic I would not have made it back in time before the dealership closed so I took the car home. I was told I could still drive the vehicle and there’s nothing to worry about and I have a screenshot of them saying that so I drive the car for 15 minutes at night and park it in my driveway I wake up to a flat tire, not notification in the car. Luckily, I’m able to get the car out of the driveway, but it has to be towed back to Tesla. Such a negative experience who would even consider to buy a vehicle when this is the experience they have with the car for the first time no apology or care from Tesla on their end of this happened. I definitely would not want to buy a car that needs to be towed because of a flat tire you can’t even put air in it yourself get a loan the fact that they have five hours at the vehicle and couldn’t be bothered to wash it or even look at it to make sure it was functional for another overnight. This is not a $30,000 Toyota. It’s a car that people are looking at on the road, laughing at how dirty it is everyone laughing that the Tesla had to be towed. I’m a content creator so for this to happen to me with everyone watching on my live stream was embarrassing and I would not want to buy a Tesla. I was vouching for the cyber truck. I thought it was an awesome vehicle, but it was too big for my driveway and garage I wanted something that would be a little more compact, but still have high specs, but I think I will stick with a Corvette as my option as it seems easier to maintain and the customer service at Chevy is much better than a Tesla

Had a test drive of the new 2026 model Y with Ken the other day. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Great experience for myself, hubby and our tag along 4 year old. Thanks, Ken!
