I am very disappointed with my recent service experience. After replacing a TPMS sensor, another tire immediately showed a 0 psi reading. I was told to “ignore it,” as the tire was supposedly fine. Being advised to disregard a 0 psi warning — which typically indicates a serious safety issue — did not feel professional or reassuring. This was my second unsatisfactory experience. While technical issues can happen, clear communication and proper handling of safety-related concerns are essential. Unfortunately, this visit further reduced my confidence in the service provided.

The only improvement would be on sight massage therapists. In real world reviews, I have exactly zero complaints. Chuck in service dept was great to deal with. My service was finished early and the waiting area is great, with comfortable chairs, coffee and restrooms. This facility is quite new, but it’s also critical to the growing EV community. 46,000 km’s on a Y before needing a minor service. Take that coal and liquified dinosaurs.

The Tesla team that we worked with to get our Model Y performance fixed (front drive motor inverter glitch) was stellar. Both Shak and Mario went above and beyond to communicate clearly and set expectations with what work was expected. The repair was done on schedule and we are happy with our experience.

Pretty awesome place to get your Tesla serviced. They have a lounge you can sit in with water, coffee and tea all complimentary. Lots of shops nearby to visit and have a snack or meal at. I went and browsed Costco lol. There's Staples, Best Buy, The Millstream Village, Home Depot, McDonald's, Time Hortons and many more across the street. If your service is less than 4 hours you might not get a loaner - something to take into account. I don't think they do Uber vouchers like the USA service centres.

Builders for Tesla Langford have been courteous to its residential neighbor. I came in later to the story so others may have their different experiences. Between Tesla and strata management, there must have been some good communication with the planning and fruitful meetings held. Lands being next to each other while servicing different purposes have together delivered an integrated theme. Evident in the thought-through landscaping design along shared borders. This service site compare to the one in downtown Victoria appears stately and well manicured. I look forward to its grand opening.
