Tesla Oakville - Wyecroft

People working at the facility are very nice however I brought my car in for service and it never even moved. Nobody looked at it, nobody told me they had a huge delay, and they wasted an entire half a day. If I did not ask what was going on they would have just kept me waiting as I left close to closing. My car was only in for a minor service connectivity issue and I could have rescheduled even tho I still need to reschedule and wait another half a day. Would’ve been nice if someone told me that my car would not get looked at or that they had a delay.

I had a great experience at the Tesla Oakville Service Center. Joe went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I had a long drive back to Niagara, and he made the extra effort to secure a loaner vehicle for me, which made a huge difference. The level of customer service and attention to detail really stood out. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience—Joe definitely does. Highly recommend this service center if you’re in the area.

Terrible service and dishonest business practices. I brought my Model 3 for a car computer replacement. Initially, they confirmed my old part was at the service desk and ready for me. However, when I came to pick it up, they refused to return it, claiming 'policy' because they want to keep the valuable core component that I paid for out of pocket. To cover this up, they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by offering a 'special discount' on a windshield replacement. When I checked their internal system estimate, the total was CA$1,562.34—which is literally the standard, regular market price for a Tesla windshield anyway! They literally tried to present a standard retail price as a discount to trick me into giving up my property. Watch out for Oakville Tesla Service. They will play pricing games and withhold your replaced parts. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Come here for service that I booked online. The app shows that I will get a loaner, and I pushed all my appointments for it. When I arrived they told me it’s a mistake, and I couldn’t get loaner. And they even suggested me to get a test drive as loaner. The service is poor, will definitely not return to the place.
