I bought this and upon driving home and accelerating the radio popped out. I also noticed vacuum being lost on the brakes during stop and go traffic. As soon as I mentioned this, they told me to come in and they will fix it at no charge. I told them I was on a business trip and couldn't make it for over a week. They said, "no problem". I just dropped it off and they are taking care of it. This is the first time I have ever had a used car company agree to fix something after I drove it off the lot. This is more than a used car company. They actually, truly care about people and future business.

Man!! The ultimate experience!! Just went in to see my Porsche and was meet with top tier excellence! Loved how they valued their vehicles and took time to explain and share so many things I didn’t consider! Then we went to financing and Nimer crunched them numbers and gave me all options!! After weeks of searching for a car we came across one at Texas Autos Direct. We happened to be in San Antonio at the time called and asked if the car was available and the sales rep (Mo) said yes you want me to FaceTime you so y'all can see it. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. They were not pushy and did not try to give us a higher listing price than what was advertised online. We were approved within 30 minutes, signed docs electronically and picked the car up on Monday. Mo stayed in touch the entire time and was friendly and super fun to work with. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. They have a great variety of cars. We highly recommend and will check their inventory next time we are in the market for a new purchase.
