bought the hyundai sonate had it for less then 48 hrs on my way back taking the car to them it caught a fire REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK GAVE ME THE ALTIMA TRANSMISSION GONE OUT ON IT THEN SAYING ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YALL AGAIN‼️

Had to file a complainant with the Dallas County Tax Office. I'm coming up on 3 months since I purchased a vehicle from here. According to the Dallas County Tax Office they haven't even applied to have the title transferred yet. Investigation is open and pending.

My husband bought a Hyundai Sonata from Luis Castillo and the customer service was excellent. The car was just as described and he was really responsible and honest. Good place overall.
