From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were amazed by the customer service. Felix was amazing to work with. I explained my frustrations with a previous car I had at a previous dealership, gave him my budget and what I expected in a car. He allowed me test test drive a few before I fell in love with one. He worked hard to stay in my budget and make sure I was satisfied. He was amazing!!! When we got to finance, we worked with Charlie!! I felt like we’ve known him for ever. He went over all the warranty packages and made sure we were covered for all of my concerns. We talked about our families and he gave my 4 kiddos some yummy treats!! I didn’t know if they were going to make it back home to them because they looked so good, so he gave my husband and I some too 😂 All and all we were very well taken care of and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!! We were shopping around for a new vehicle for my husband for months. Randomly one day, we decided to stop by Texas Nissan in Grapevine just to test drive some of the newer SUVs. We had no intention on buying that day. Mr. Luke Strader came out to the lot to greet us and was kind, informative, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout our info gathering trip. Because of his professionalism, we decided to go ahead and buy a brand new Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4WD from him that very day. He worked with us from start to finish to make sure the transaction met all of our personal needs and was proactive by suggesting some money saving tips for the future with the different trims and warranties. If not for him: we would not have purchased from Texas Nissan (or even Nissan) at all that day. Had a great experience with Felix Infante. We walked in adamant no car would be purchased and we drove home a new Sentra, very happy with our purchase. No pressure or sales crap just helpful folks. 10/10 would recommend.

I just want to say thank you ! I worked with Daniel and he was so helpful to me. He made sure I understood everything when it came to my purchase and I left with 0 down . I know sometimes when purchasing a vehicle you feel like it’s a shady deal but this was not my experience at all! 10/10. When finalizing everything we worked with Charlie who has a great personality and also made the process super easy and understandable for me.
