I purchased a '26 Equinox LT thru Thayer Chevy: I am a little biased/blessed with my unique situation but hands down best experience ever: the car is so nice for being a base model no-one would ever tell it's only an LT. Probably a loyal Chevy owner for life now and Thayer has my business. If Chevy does not have what you want, I bet one of the other dealers. Thank you thank you I love this car! You won't go wrong with Thayer! One of the nicest things I have ever gotten, if not the nicest.

Took my truck for service and found a steering gear issue. Had the truck for 3 days to “fix” it. Didn’t feel right but was assured it was good. Only 3 months later, the same problem has recurred. Not a happy customer.

I won't be back for service or purchase. Scheduled a transmission service 2 weeks out. Arrived and had been waiting 30 minutes of the 90 minute service; only to find they didn't have a part they needed. Would have had to wait much longer. I said no! Why didn't the service department check to see what they needed and make sure they had stock? Didn't offer ANYTHING for my trouble; a car, a ride, get the part quicker, free oil change etc. Waste of my time. My money spends just as good somewhere else. See ya

Recently, something got lodged in my tire and popped it. I called and was able to bring my car in for them to take a look at the tire. They were able to patch up the hole and it only took half an hour.

I called and made an appointment with Brett for a Saturday for a vehicle I was interested that was in their showroom. When I got there he already had it outside waiting for me. Above and beyond great service! No pressure sales, and very quick on paperwork. Loved working with Thayer!
