We bought a 2026 Rav 4 AWD VLE today through Thayer Toyota and the Costco Vehicle Purchase Program. Rick Osborn handled the deal start to finish and was so great to work with. Very transparent and accomadating. The finance guy was also great to work with and explained everything so well. I purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid SE, and l was pleased by the entire experience. Because of global supply chain issues, it was a challenge to keep any hybrid by any producer on the lot, and there was a bit of a wait to order one. Rick Osborn was my salesperson, and he was wonderful during the entire process. He answered every question l had, and if by some chance he didn’t know the answer, he researched it and got back to me quickly. He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the entire process. He reached out to me regularly to apprise me of the arrival of the car, and kept an open line of communication. First time customer came here for an oil change I have Toyota care on my 24 Toyota Corolla it's a work vehicle. And they tried to charge me $60 for a cabin air filter that was part of the routine maintenance of the Toyota Care plan I explain that to the service advisor and they were adamant about it wasn't Just had my oil change done at another Toyota dealership and it was replaced as well as my air filter with the Toyota Care plan. Dishonest business practices like this lose customers!

This was a GREAT car buying experience. I bought a new car mostly over the internet and phone calls. Rick, my salesperson, was responsive to all my questions. The F&I person was clear on my options for a service contract and the terms of financing before I came to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up my Land Cruiser.
