The Auto Connect

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. My sister purchased a car from him in January. She left with a low tire pressure notice and no heat which was not found out until after the purchase as the weather got cold after the purchase. She took it to our mechanic and turns out the water pump and timing belt and there was a turbo failure. Mind you, this was within our 15-day warranty of purchasing a vehicle, no matter if it was sold AS-IS, you still get that 15-day window. Hasaan said that he would only fix the water pump and timing belt but NOTHING ELSE. He was rude, he was nasty, and he was snotty. They had it for THREE weeks. She finally gets it back and drives it home with the car smoking and then the check engine light comes on. After numerous conversations, Hasaan agreed to take the car back because he was "tired of hearing about it". She lives 45 minutes away and drives all the way there (with the car smoking) and then is denied the return because he just was not "feeling" it anymore!?!? He saw the video proof of the car smoking on the way and said he did not care. Hasaan is nothing but a slimy car salesman and I would deeply consider your purchase. If it can happen to her, it can happen to you! BUYER BEWARE!! Added note: Here is the car driving on the way back to him when he said he’d refund the car. How many people have their car smoking down the highway? Yet nothing was “wrong”. We’ll see you in court!

Looking for a good smaller SUV for my granddaughter and came to look at a few they had on the lot. Found an Subaru Outback that fit our needs. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Once we decided on purchasing he looked over the car again found few other things that we didn't notice that needed fixed and got them taken care of with no extra charges. Would definitely come back again

I was looking all over for a car for about a month. I happened to stumble upon Autoconnect and saw a vehicle I was interested in. It was after-hours and they were closed, but I sent in my information through the website and Hassan got back to me within a few minutes (even though he wasn’t working). I was very impressed with how easy it was to test-drive the vehicle, get the paperwork done, and they even took care of registration, stickers, and my title for me. On top of all this, the vehicle was priced very fairly and everyone was super respectful. I would definitely recommend going to Autoconnect to find your next vehicle!

Months of denials by the bank an other car lots . Hasson gave me a chance on my dream vehicle. He worked with me the whole way an made sure I was happy and my needs were met ! He got me my dream vehicle that I wanted and it is perfect for me and my family ! Communication communication is all you need with this man ! Very understanding and empathetic towards others ! I will continue to go to this man for generations to come !! I encourage all others to give this man an his business your business.

1 Star. I would give zero stars if it were possible. I purchased a vehicle from this place and after driving only about 100 miles the engine started having serious problems. That is absolutely unacceptable for a vehicle that was just sold. It makes me seriously question whether the vehicle was properly inspected or if the problem was already known and simply not disclosed. Selling a car that breaks down almost immediately is completely irresponsible. Buyers should be extremely careful before purchasing from here. My experience has been very frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
