The Auto Livery

First, let me say I have purchased over 375 cars since I was 15 years old and kept a small collection to this day. I’m getting older and I’m starting to sell off about 2/3 of them but wanted a nice run around town driver. I saw a beautiful 2017 very low mileage Mercedes-Benz SL for sale and spoke to Jason Burkhart fairly quickly after the ad was posted. Being very familiar with the car sales industry I felt he treated me very fairly and efficiently and the car was everything. He said it was going to be. I also told him I’ll be looking for a Bentley convertible maybe as early as this summer in a few months, I’ll give him the specifications and see if he happens to run across one. I’m very confident if I have any problems in the future at all, he’ll respond to those problems and a business like fashion, and I would have no problem doing business with him again of course and suggest you do the same sincerely Richard Winchester

I love supporting small businesses, especially mom and pop places. I took my oldest son here to buy his first car. They treated us like family and made the car buying experience easy on my first timer. Got a great car at a fair price, but their customer service was over the top.

I recently bought my one and only Porsche Carrera from Auto Livery in Ohio, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jason was great to work with, and Natasha handled all the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. Car dealers like Auto Livery are hard to find these days. There was zero pressure during the entire process. We agreed on a fair price, closed the deal without any back and forth, and everything was exactly as promised. The car was in perfect condition and delivered to New Jersey the very next day with enclosed transport. My baby arrived safe and sound, sleeping the whole way. Great work by the entire Auto Livery team. Don’t change a thing, your customer service is truly on point.

I recently inquired about a used vehicle this location had. I asked if we coukd negotiate on the price point of the vehicle. As usual protocol these days woth car dealerships there was zero negotiations on pricing. They claimed folks from around the country were interested in the vehicle & that they wouldn't budge on pricing. These dealerships will literally say anything these days to deflect from the art of negotiating on a sale. The asking price was about $5k above what the market value for this used vehicle was worth according to the mileage/year/make/model/etc. The car industry/sales in America has been dwindling down to an absolute halt for years now due to this high price tag, "no haggle" pricing motto that every dealership from coast to coast seems to adhere to nowadays. What ever happened to the art of the sale? Dealerships absolutely refuse to negotiate these days. Referring to their "price is the best price" shenanigans. Our only option is the auction market. At least there you have an opportunity at a "fair shake" at getting a good vehicle at a great price point. Steer clear of this location folks. If you value your money & time. Lookup an auction website. Try your luck there my friends.
