The Auto Ranch

They sold me a lemon in February, friendly staff. but the Check engine light came on with this code less than 24 hours of having the vehicle also after a month later having misfire engine failure turns off while driving. Didn't respond to me about issues until April they finally got a hold of me took after I made the complaint and google review. charge me $100 for spark plugs and that didn't fix the misfire stalling he had me bring it attempted and tried to fix it and 2 weeks after I got it back more had more problems started over heating, so I had to sell it, Lost $2100 Van was worth 2800 and charged me 4800 and barley got to drive it constantly in the shop I understand they said they fixed it for free, but it shouldn't have been sold with issues to begin with when I have disabled children to run to riley hospital we needed something reliable.

The best experience purchasing a vehicle so far, bought a 2016. Ram 1500. Before I even test drove the truck I was told all the issues with it. Never had someone so upfront and honest. Usually issues are hidden and vehicles are talked about like they are the best vehicle ever made. Very fast and friendly with the purchase. Wife just went in today to put money down on a vehicle. Nothing bad to say. would recommend and have to several people.

Best place in Indiana to buy a used vehicle. Scott and Kacey are that rare breed of car dealers who aren't trying to squeeze as much $$ out of you as they can get. Their collection of well cared for vehicles are priced more than fairly, so no need for that awkward haggling you have to do with other used car dealers. My wife and I have bought our last 2 vehicles from Scott, and I will never buy another from anywhere besides the Auto Ranch ever again.

If you are buying a car, I would go to Auto Ranch, bought my car 2 months ago and love it. I started hearing a rattling sound under the front while driving. Took it back and they fixed the issue and gave me a great deal on the price to fix it. This is a great place and the owner and people who work there are the best!!!

I purchased my car from the Auto Ranch about 6 months ago. I waited this long to post a review simply because the deal we got was out of this world & usually when something seems too good to be true, it is. Not this time! Scott & his team did the absolute MOST for my partner & I. They stayed open passed closing for us & worked out a price with us so that we didn’t have to make the 6 hour round trip to come back. 11/10 would absolutely recommend!
