We just bought our 2022 VW Tiguan, and had a truly amazing experience. Karl was excellent, professional, and approachable. Freddie was incredible throughout the entire process, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish, and most importantly has amazing follow through. Both Karl and Freddie followed up when they said they would. After the sale, we did have a follow up question about our contract, and both of them went above and beyond to make us feel heard and work with us toward a resolution everyone felt good about. That level of customer service and professionalism really matters. We’re very happy with the car and appreciate how respectfully and low stress the entire experience was. Definitely recommend!

I recently purchased my new 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Autobarn Subaru Countryside, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! Even though I arrived close to closing time, around 7 PM, my salesperson was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was completed that same evening without rushing the process. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were truly second to none. The dealership itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and very welcoming. picked up the 2023 golf R 20th AE from the kind folks here at Autobarn VW. Flew in from out of state. Shoutout to Christoper who answered the initial call about the availability and information regarding the car. Shoutout to Lou who did a great job at guiding me through the process of purchasing this amazing vehicle answering my many questions over the phone and having everything set up by the time of my arrival to the dealership. Upon walking in I could tell all the staff was passionate about VW and cars in general, the enthusiasm was much appreciated. My husband and I leased a Subaru Outback at Autobarn in Countryside yesterday. We were very happy with our salesperson, Hormis. It was a pleasure working with him. He was friendly, professional and thoughtful. It was refreshing. I could not honestly describe my past experiences purchasing or leasing cars that way. This dealership was clean and organized. The people working there were friendly and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. I always look for that. Content employees care more about the customers and that makes for a successful business. I think we are really going to like doing business with Autobarn in Countryside. Of course, all of this is based on just a few hours over a couple of days but I’ve learned to trust my gut and I’ve had a lot of cars over the last 50 years. Ask for Hormis.
