Purchased my first boat ever from Boat Brokers. They made it super seamless and genuinely cared. Scott was my salesman and did not pressure us at all like you would expect a salesman to do. He mindfully picked out several boats that were in our price range and skill set. He is very knowledgeable! We got to take the boat we choose out on the water for a test ride which was awesome. They also have their mechanics go over the boat prior to purchase for a piece of mind, which was very comforting. Shoutout to Gina their finance lady who helped us get everything finalized. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be using Boat Brokers again in the future!

Boat Brokers from Lake Havasu are the best. My experience purchasing a Barletta Lusso from them was great. Tyler, the salesman, Rebecca in parts and customer service and Gina who did the paperwork were very accommodating and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new Barletta boat. This support has continued after I took delivery and got my boat back to Reno. They are a great Team!

By far, the best experience I ever had at a dealership, especially one that does consignments . I was in and out within a half an hour of making this purchase at The boat brokers . This was my first boat I ever bought and I’m looking forward to an awesome summer . I highly recommend looking first at The Boat Brokers inventory when you decide to make a purchase for Boats, Rvs , Cars . Scott in sales is very knowledgeable & to the point ! I bought a brand-new 2025 Barletta from Boat Brokers, and from day one it has been nothing but problem after problem. I’ve had to bring this boat back four separate times for repairs. After the fourth visit, I took it out expecting everything to finally be fixed. Instead, both electronic screens failed immediately, and about an hour later the engine completely died, leaving me stranded on the water. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. Boat Brokers did absolutely nothing to help arrange a tow or assist me while I was stranded. After paying to have the boat towed myself, I arrived at their shop only to find they had already closed. They couldn’t even stay a few extra minutes knowing I was coming in with a disabled boat. When you spend this kind of money on a new boat, you expect reliability and, at the very least, customer service when something goes wrong. Instead, I’ve dealt with repeated mechanical failures, wasted time, out-of-pocket towing costs, and a dealership that showed little concern for its customer. I would not recommend Boat Brokers based on my experience. The boat has spent more time being repaired than being enjoyed, and the support after the sale has been extremely disappointing.

I was able to use The Boat Brokers to sell my used boat and then bought a used boat from them. The whole process from start to finish was first class and every staff member that I had interactions with provided excellent service and support.
