Ryan and Rob were awesome to work with, despite their choice of football teams. and if their great im sure the rest of the gangs is too. Rob was very knowledgeable about all the inventory and Ryan made quick work of financing. would highly recommend the car lot etc. for anyone whos looking for a great car sold by great people.

Friendly and very attentive people. Fast and courteous service. They make you feel special. Only snippet was that I had to wait for my new tires to be installed a week later. The finance person was great and helped me stay within my means. The salesman listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and gave me a good variety of options. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else. I financed my car from here and it was only issues! My car would randomly not start some days each time i brought it to the shop there “nothing is showing up and it seems fine” I had my car towed there 3 TIMES first it was gas in the oil and they told me a oil change was done and coils changed- however the issues only kept getting worse my car would turn on but shake violently when getting it towed the second time the driver told me more then HALF of the cars he tows are from the car lot. Another oil change and some inspections turns out I needed a new control belt.. I wish that’s all I needed after a few months this car would literally lose all power no matter what speed I would need to pull over then re start my car after their useless mechanic looked over and said he couldn’t find the problem I brought the car to Hyundai where the mechanic said due to the engine being changed he was not able to properly diagnose and said I would need a new engine. Due to me not getting my last oil change done literally less than 500km I was told that stupid gold warranty was ineligible. I was in nursing school and had no way of paying 10k for a new engine I unfortunately had no choice then to surrender the car which now comes up as a repo on my record. The best part I still needed to pay off the car 14000 dollars the car was auctioned off at less than 2000. They seem great at the start but once you sign that paperwork and the deal is done they have no sympathy for their customers. Shame on the owner of this scrap yard because that’s the only car you’ll be getting here fancy outside with some random junkyard engine. Oh ya also the car fax you get will somehow have everything right other than the KMs… something is not right with this place and I hope omvic gets involved.
