Place was so pleasant. I cant explain how great of an experience it was working on the purchase of my first truck . Extremely happy they were able to deliver it 1.20 mins away ! Would definitely reccomend .

Just got home from my trip to Aurora, IL and the Car Store to pick-up my 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring. The entire experience was amazing, thanks in no small part to RJ and Daniel! At the beginning of my car search, I made it clear to so many car dealerships that I was looking at places hours away from where I live, trying to find cars that met my expectations and also needing to figure out the financials before I could ever consider driving so far away. Most were evasive, trying to apply pressure to get me into the store. Others altered their listed price with hidden "pre-installed features" and services, sneakily passing the cost onto the customer. When I reached out to the Car Store, they got back to me promptly. They were totally comfortable handling things by email and phone, and were transparent every step of the way. They didn't apply pressure to me at all. When I arrived at the store, already 90% sure from correspondence and reading the Carfax supplied by the Car Store that this was the car I wanted, RJ handed me the keys, backed off, and let me take all the time I wanted to inspect and test-drive. I'm pretty sure I spent two hours total taking photos, looking at the interior and exterior, and checking under the hood. Everything matched or exceeded my expectations, allowing for some minor cosmetic damage, and some residue I found on one of the backseats. When I mentioned it to RJ, he didn't hesitate to take a rag and polish it up! Despite thinking I would be stressed out, I went through the finishing paperwork with confidence and ease, no stress at all. RJ and Daniel even threw in some great recommendations for empanadas (Alice's Corner, 5★ review pending) while I was in the area, and they were delicious. I would absolutely recommend anybody in (or out!) the area check out the Car Store the next time they're looking for a car.

We delivered a load to this company and we had the problem which wasn’t their fault at all. And they still insisted helped us out and went of their way to accommodate us and make sure everything was smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants above and beyond service!

I should have edited this review when I first noticed the issues with the car because it didn't take long. I've had the car 10 months now. When I was purchasing the car and we were going through the paperwork on the computer I did notice a warning that said I should take a closer look at the car because it had been in an accident. I had mentioned it to the sales lady and she kind of scrolled past it fairly quickly and basically said it was nothing to worry about. I've bought cars before that have been in minor accidents and never had any issues but this was most definitely not a minor accident. First and foremost I take responsibility for not looking closer at the vehicle. I'm a Lyft driver and totaled my car around Christmas time and needed a car fairly quickly. My issue is that I feel like a lot of what was wrong with the car was hidden or I was misinformed about the extent of damage and that the car was rigged to sell. After a couple of oil changes I had to get my hood release fixed most likely due to the accident. I noticed that the bumper started coming away from the car very gradually but now it's quite noticeable. And I started noticing very shortly after buying the vehicle that when I was driving and going over bumps the trunk was rattling and on further inspection I noticed that the trunk is a little bowed. I just feel like there was definite deception about this car and the extent of damage it had sustained in the accident it had been in. The damage in the pictures are nothing that I did because I have not been in any kind of accident. You can see the dried glue on the bumper. The picture I originally took when I got the car shows that the bumper looks normal. I have no idea how I didn't notice the trunk. I just didn't look at it at that angle. And again, I was in a hurry. I just feel like this car dealership might be a little on the deceptive side. Owner's reply implies I am being dishonest about the trunk stating it looks more out of alignment than original pictures show but I did not post pictures of the trunk when I bought the car. Carfax will show I have not been in an accident. Also, it is irrelevant how far I've driven the car when the bumper clearly shows old glue and a trunk doesn't just misalign itself over time. I did try to email but got no response until after I posted the review.
