I would give them more stars if I could. My partner and I did some research on buying a newer used vehicle that fit our needs and ended up looking at a 2022 Nissan Kicks at The Car Store. The price was extremely competitive for the make, condition and mileage. Charles was our rep and was extremely pleasant, relaxed, and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable which was much appreciated for a large decision and all cash purchase. Charles answered every question we had and was very honest in every part of the process. We weren't able to do a test drive at our initial appointment due to the cold warning outside which caused the car not to start. Charles had a brand new battery with warranty put in for us upon our return. We loved the car and ended up purchasing the same week. We also traded in our 2009 Jeep Liberty and got an excellent price on that as well. Handoff was easy, paperwork was clear and we've had zero issues in the nearly 6 months we've had with the vehicle. We've been reccommending The Car Store to everyone we know and we would absolutely return when it might be time for an upgrade.
