Who knew buying a vehicle could be so pleasant! John is a great guy to work with, friendly, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. Getting a great vehicle at a good price only required a handful of texts, couple emails, and a couple of phone calls. No dealing with annoying salespeople who walk back to talk to their "manager" (i.e., water cooler.....) for every little detail. The best was when I asked if he needed any earnest money before he brought my truck to town. Answer, "no, I trust you". Nuff said.

Charles and the team at dealership alternative were amazing. They were able to help me through some financing dilemmas And they had me driving in 24 hours or less. They sold me a nice pick up for an amazing price and treated me with courtesy and respect. The pick up had a few small issues and they were honest and pointed them out to me and didn’t try to lie to me or BS me. They went way above and beyond what I expected from Any kind of dealership. This is a great way to get a new (or excellent used) car. There is none of the pressure to take a car home today. You do your research, decide what you want, and John will find it. TDA takes care of pretty much all the paperwork that a dealership would, without all the haggling and pressure. While it is true that you usually don't see the exact car, John works hard to make sure the car he gets for you is a good one, and sometimes he will have one in stock that will meet your needs. We had a great experience here, and will be back next time we need another car.

Working with John Elliott and his team is easily the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. The way they do business here is you come in and tell them what you are looking for and they find it. They scour the country and bring your vehicle to you. But there is a serious downside to this way of buying, you have to take all parties involved word that they are selling a good car. By the time you can lay your own eyes on the car, you already own it. For a hefty sum of money John sold my father a truck with a completely rusted out frame. It was so bad I felt it unsafe for my father to drive. I brought this to John’s attention and he agreed it was no good. 6 months later he finally made good on his promise to make it right and replaced the entire frame at a great cost to him. This whole fiasco could have been avoided if we could have seen the truck before we bought it. This is not possible at TDA
