# Summary The dealership earns strong praise for knowledgeable and personable salespeople like Chris Roberts, Joan, and Andrew Komisar, who create efficient and trustworthy buying experiences. However, concerns have been raised about service department pricing practices and inconsistent staff behavior, with one customer reporting a $4,200 diagnostic that was resolved elsewhere for $443.

I went into Sea View Chrysler Jeep Ram to trade in my 2023 Ram and purchase a 2026 Ram.My salesperson Chris Roberts was easy to talk with and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing. This was both the quickest and easiest experience I ever had at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Sea View.

I brought my 2014 grand Cherokee Summit in because I was having a challenge with the air suspension after paying $100 for a diagnostic. Their mechanic came back to tell me that we needed $4200 worth of work. They wanted to Replace an air valve lock and an air compressor for the air suspension. I took my vehicle to a local shop where they repaired the air suspension by replacing two hoses that ran from the compressor to the front shocks. All for a cost of $443. I don’t believe I could ever trust the service team at Sea View Jeep again. I wonder if the mechanics are actually paid a commission on the parts they replace? I will be reaching out to the regional Customer service To file a complaint. Richard Wagner

As someone who was looking to lease a car on her own for the first time, I was very nervous about having to go through the process, especially in our current economy. On top of that, I was reluctant having had bad experiences with other dealerships trying to push you into taking deceitful deals thinking you're just young and naive. With that being said, I could not be more grateful to have worked with Andrew Komisar. From the beginning, he was personable, incredibly patient, honest in his answers, and overall the most genuine salesmen I have ever met. The integrity he showed throughout made it very easy for my family and I to trust him, and we could not be happier with our experience with him. I am over the moon about my new car and cannot thank Andrew enough for all of the hard work he put in to make this process so easy. We will definitely be reaching out to work with him in the future. Thank you so much to all of the kind staff we met at The Jeep Store, you guys were truly the best! :)

I just recently bought a used pickup truck from this dealership. As far as the sales department goes, Andrew is a great salesman to deal with. He was easy to work with, not pushy, honest, and helpful. Whatever you do, stay away from a salesman named Mike there. He slithered into my salesman's desk with folded arms, and started making obnoxious comments to me as I respectfully negotiated a price to a fair number. I honestly don't even know why this guy involved himself. He had nothing to do with the deal and felt like he needed to lie to me about how they paid retail price on the truck as a trade in. (Something that we all know no dealer or sales person with half a brain cell does.) After he finished telling me that he "didn't come to work today to be taught how to sell used cars" and that he "doesnt feel well today" (not sure what that was about) I let him know how unwelcome he was in the deal and walked out. Thankfully Andrew was able to work out a price that was fair and called me back. Everything else went smoothly. They got me a fair rate on what I financed and made the process smooth. The rest of the staff I dealt with was mediocre. Not overly friendly or outgoing but respectful in the least. The guy Mike was obnoxious and when I went back today to finish up some business I could overhear him losing another sale as he talked down to a couple. I don't know if he's a manager there or a "closer" or what but he was telling them "here's a little dose of reality". The guy is an abhorrent and condescending liar. Maybe he can take this as a lesson to calm down and let the good sales people that are in place do their jobs.
