If I could them 10- Stars I would. John (owner) was very kind and professional throughout the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about our QLK-150 locking installation. Louis the installation tech, was professional and took time to share with me the installation process and the plan to install the locking device correctly. Their practical and technical expertise, hands down is top tier and the only company we will use going forward with our wheelchair vehicle needs. I highly recommend them as a business owner myself if you want the job done correctly the first time. Thank you both.

Brought my van in with a clearly identified issue at the Braun battery connection and was still charged 5 hours of labor. The timeline doesn’t add up—based on when the battery was reconnected (~12:37 PM), there weren’t even 5 working hours available that day. This feels like blatant overbilling. Demand a detailed labor breakdown before approving anything.

After working with another store and getting nowhere, on a recommendation I called The Mobility Van Store. The next day, I had a lift installed and it works great. Thank you to Rajah who made this happen and to Louis who did the install. By the time everything was done, the store was closing but they both stayed and took the time to explain and show me how the lift worked. I would definitely recommend The Mobility Van Store.
