The Motor House

I recently visited Motor House and overall had a really good experience, mainly because of the customer service. Travis was great to work with. He’s a veteran, and you can tell he brings that straightforward, no-nonsense approach with him. From the very beginning, he was upfront about everything and made sure there were no surprises. Before we even went on a test drive, he clearly explained the pricing, the add-ons, and how everything would break down. I appreciated that a lot. He genuinely seems like someone who wants to help people and not just push a sale. The only downside—and the reason this isn’t five stars—is the pricing setup. The online prices don’t include mandatory add-ons like theft monitoring and a 3,000-mile warranty. Even though Travis was transparent about it right away, it’s still frustrating as a buyer when you’re shopping in a certain price range and the actual cost ends up higher than what’s advertised. It can leave you feeling a little uneasy at first. That said, the customer service, especially from Travis, really stood out. He was honest, respectful, and easy to work with, and that goes a long way.

Bryan is doing a phenominal job running The Motor House. We met with Travis this week, he is the bomb! He is accomodating, personable, understanding, helpful, and overall great to work with. We found a car on their lot that suits my step daughter well. Travis explained everything in great detail to her from beginning to end. This made her first car purchase experience amazingly smoothe. Thanks Travis, we will be back again!!

Best car buying experience I have had in years. Will be going back for future cars! (They also have an office puppy named Zoe that kept our son busy while we handled paperwork. So cute!)
