# Summary Experiences at this dealership vary dramatically, with some customers praising exceptional sales staff friendliness, attentiveness, and pressure-free service, while others report significant issues including questionable financial practices, substandard repair work, unfavorable trade-in valuations, and poor post-sale follow-up. The disparities suggest inconsistent service quality across departments and sales personnel.

Purchasing a vehicle from Niello Audi was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. We walked in with no appointment and were quickly acknowledged by friendly staff. Jackie jumped up and appeared eager to be our salesperson. She was able to take us throughout the lot and show us vehicles without any high pressure tactics. Jackie made the purchase of our new car so enjoyable and fun that I could not even imagine going anywhere else in the future. It was not just Jackie who was amazing, the rest of the staff was equally as gracious. I believe every single employee stopped by the desk and checked on us, offered us snacks and inquired about our well-being, knowing we had been there for quite some time. This was just an amazing experience, dealing with Jackie, the finance department, and even the service department.

I sold a Mercedes G63 to Land Rover of Sacramento for an agreed price with Bryce via phone. When I came in with the car it was looked over and he was satisfied with how clean the car was & we proceeded inside. They had me wait about 10 minutes and he returned and said that the reg and a bunch of late fees and fines would have to be paid if I wanted to sell it to them. I agreed to pay what I thought was something I owed and left because he was adamant about it. I found it odd considering the car was non-op’d correctly and I brought it in on my trailer, unloaded it and pulled it into the dealership. The following day I visited the DMV and told them what happened and they said the car didn’t have any outstanding fees or fines and the dealership charged me almost a grand on their own merit. I’m writing this because Bryce represents the dealership. This is supposedly a high end dealer and the Niello name backs up their products and trains their employees to be honest. I submitted my proof to Bryce and his phone went silent.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experiences with your dealership. While I did not encounter any issues when picking up the vehicles, I have some significant concerns about the work performed on my car. To provide some context, during the initial service, the body shop unfortunately ruined my car. I had explicitly requested that the damaged items be replaced, not reconditioned, but this was not done as instructed. Furthermore, no one from the management team reached out to apologize on behalf of Niello Automotive Group, which was quite disappointing. Despite sending emails to both Aaron Thetford and Alex Kludt, I received no response or acknowledgment of my communication. This lack of response has made me hesitant to return or speak positively about the dealership in the future. When I brought my car to your dealership, I believed I was entrusting it to a reputable establishment. However, the dealership chose a substandard body shop and then tried to pass off the poor workmanship to me. Does Niello not inspect the work performed by third parties? The original "due bill" work was not a significant task, yet it completely ruined my car. When I initially purchased the car, I was extremely happy and excited. However, this experience has left me feeling quite the opposite, and I will forever resent the damage Niello tried to pass off to me.

My wife and I showed up at this dealer very interested in the vw buzz and ID 4. We also had a trade in VW atlas cross sport. We knew we had some negative equity that wasn’t helping us out. We ran numbers and the payment was soooo high and the amount offered for our trade in was lower than any other dealer. You would think a loyal VW owner would get more coming back to VW lol. We ended up going to Audi and getting a better deal and more for our trade in. VW wouldn’t even work with us to make things affordable. Yet we go to a higher end dealer for a more expensive car and get a cheaper rate/payment?

If you are looking to purchase a Porsche, you would have to have your head examined by a psychologist if you purchased one from Niello of Sacramento. I bought my Panamera in good faith knowing that Porsche had a great reputation for customer service. I couldn't have been more wrong. The salesman, Josh did everything in his power to earn his commission by selling me the vehicle. Once the sale was made, he disappeared! Not one ounce of follow up subsequent to deliver, knowing that they shipped the vehicle 3000 miles away to New Jersey. Not one ounce of follow up regarding the registration. Not one ounce of follow up to see if I liked the car. And, he totally LIED telling me he and his team inspected the car. Upon delivery, I noticed a slight scratch on the rear bumper. I called the dealership and a manager named Manny was kind and worked with me regarding registration. I explained to him my disappointment in their customer service. Never did he follow up with me again. I should have followed my gut instinct and purchased the vehicle from Ray Catena in NJ. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU EVER CONSIDER PURCHASING ONE FROM NIELLO. They will do anything to make the sale, and then leave you for dead!
