Went back to Royal Oaks due to having a bad experience the first time. Spoke with Tim the new Sales Manager. He corrected a wrong from the previous sales manager. Tim was very understanding and apologized he took a bad experience and made it GREAT. We was then placed with Chase sales rep. He is very knowledgeable and understanding.
