Bought a Ranger from here. Everything was good. Shortly after my purchase we found that the CV Axel has been torn for quite some time due to the extent of the damage and the amount of grease all on the undercarriage. I expected much better quality coming from Toyota and their “Certified Used Vehicles”

What can I say about these guys. They have earned my business on several occasions including 2 new vehicle purchases. Of the dozens of cars I have purchased throughout my life I have never been treated so well and felt so well taken care of. Dealing with Andrew and Tony (2 of the sales managers) was an extreme pleasure. Anytime I have a question on my vehicles they are there to help whether it be a phone call or dropping by the dealership. This dealer has amazed me and i'm sure will continue to do so, Daytona Truck world has found a LIFETIME customer.

Where to start, on this excellent experience with the team (Bryant Murcia, Mike Richards, and Terry Woolard) at the Daytona Toyota Smart Lot at ISB and Nova Rd. First, I came in with certain less than desirable credit conditions and was concerned that I was going to get put in any car to satisfy the business end of car dealerships. I WAS WRONG ACROSS THE BOARD! Second. The team was very receptive and the environment is so far from pressuring that it's unbelievable! They wanted to really understand my needs around a vehicle more than anything. I have a great new job, and meeting my needs for both a reliable car and a family vehicle...that was important to them. Third, they worked diligently not just to find a lender...but the right lender. They saved me money, and were willing to sacrifice a sell of their own brand to meet my needs. They won my loyalty and my business for a long long time.

It was indeed an ordeal in dealing with this new dealership and Daytona Toyota. Had a sales manager (Mike) who called me a "rude customer". Eventually, I was hooked up with a fine salesperson in Carolyn Key. If not for Carolyn and her knowledge and customer service skills, I doubt if I could have done business with Daytona Toyota / Truck World. There is indeed room for improvement. My first "salesman" was a 20 year old kid fresh out of High School.

Danny Rodrigues was our sales agent. Terry did our financing. We stopped by on a Saturday night found a kia sorento that we really liked. Our credit isn't the greatest but they still worked hard to find something to make it work for me. I was told that once the banks opened back up on Monday someone would reach out to me. I got an email later Saturday night from Danny thanking us for coming in. Monday rolled around and I never heard anything, so I started looking elsewhere. I sent an email Tuesday asking if they had heard anything, I was told someone would call me Wednesday morning. I didn't hear anything again. I found another dealership that would finance me and had most of the paperwork filled out. I figured I would try one more time to find out about the kia I really wanted. Explained everything to them Thursday morning about the other dealership. I was told that give Terry some time to find something out and they would give me a call back soon. By 4pm Terry called me back letting me know he could make it all work and to come right over. We were able to get in fill out paperwork and dr I very away with our new car that night. Not happy about the extra warranty they slipped in without telling us about for 1300$. Do like that every car gets unlimited oil changes when buying from them. Completely happy with my new car. If you go tell them I sent ya!!! Watch out for the extra warranty though.
