The Villa Auto Sales

I didn't like the car so much but the experience was so appreciated. The worker who helped me was no pressure, so accommodating and very polite. I truly appreciate you letting me take a test drive in seconds with no pressure or sales pitch.

This is one of the best auto companies in Collinsville il, I went in and paid about 11000 dollars it was not that much money I really like the service, it didn't take long but 1 hour, I would say the villa auto sales are the best out there.

This place is absolutely horrible! They had my car for three months for repairs and the only reason it got done that fast is because I had to start popping up everyday asking for updates. I was told so many times my car would be done only to get to the shop and the work was not even started. One of the repairs I paid for is not even fixed. To top it if I've been asking for a recipe for two weeks now and like before I'm getting the run around. Extremely bad communication. Knowing what I know now I should have paid the $3000 to a real car repair company. Don't go here.

They sell higher mileage used vehicles but the prices are pretty reasonable I bought my truck two months ago cash with the mindset that I’m gonna take it right to the shop and be ready to put an additional $1000 into it to make sure it’s road ready the shop said man you got a great truck it just needs a little TLC I was out of $800 that day then a month later I had put another $1200 into my truck maintenance repairs I do wish the villas auto sales would do a better job of making sure the customer could enjoy they new/used ride a little while without having to put thousands of dollars in repairs right after buying. Would I buy again from the vilas auto sells Yes I would

Check engine light came on the next day, I gave them the chance to fix it and they drove the car clear to Chicago. Light was still on it. 3 weeks later they finally gave me most of my money back. Horrible experience. I was so disappointed. I was very excited about buying local. They gave me the run around.
