I'm so disappointed! New to the area. I've been there twice. 2 times too many... 1st time for an oil change at over $100 and 2nd time for a tire change at $185!! The lady on the phone was nice but not to pay crazy prices, that makes no sense! Plus they don't give me a sticker to let me know when the next oil change is due... don't go there for the garage, it's more expensive than anywhere else I've been.
Great experience with the service team. Even though my truck isn't their brand, they fixed everything very quickly and without an appointment! Plus, they welcomed me, my partner, our two daughters, and our two dogs into their waiting room! Thanks to the whole team! Thibault
Wow! Excellent customer experience! Our salesman, François, was attentive to our needs, funny, and made sure our vehicle was spotless. The owner came to introduce himself, which shows how important their customers are! Précilla, the account manager, listened to our needs. In short, even though we live in the Gaspé Peninsula, I would drive 5 hours again to buy a vehicle from Thibault! Thank you and congratulations to the whole team. P.S. The Jeep is SO COOL!!!!!!😛
