Wonderful experience each time I’ve used their alternate locations. Very clean and professional environment. Knowledgeable staff. We called ahead and they were more than happy to advise of the preparations to ensure title transfer was smooth, buying a vehicle from out of state with a private seller. Jas was refreshingly friendly and really seemed to love her job assisting customers. I left there feeling like it was a good day, having accomplished another to do list item with some of the most pleasant people to deal with, publicly.
I have found them to be a fast friendly professional service. I find they tend to treat their customers and their customers time as valuable. Although there is a service fee for transactions that you may not pay at the LA OMV, I think the small convenience fee is worth the time I save and the friendliness they show towards me every time I have used them.
