Charles was very helpful in making sure how my offer was determined and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Lilly was the one who helped me fill out the paperwork and was just as helpful and professional as the other two. I was in and out of there in an hour! Was given a fair offer for my vehicle and I would highly recommend using this company to sell your car. They offered me more than CarMax and saved me the time of needing to follow up with Carvana. I was very impressed and happy with my entire experience with THIScar.
