I have been a customer of Thistle Hyundai for some time and usually have a wonderful experience . However, I wanted to bring a specific matter to your attention regarding my visit on 31st of March. During my visit which was for my service and getting summer tires put on they brought to my attention that I needed new rotors and brakes, I was charged almost 1,400 and upon pricing it elsewhere I was charged double. I felt I was put on the spot, this has ruined my experience as it is the second time this has happened. Therefore I feel in the future I will be taking my business else where. Quality in all that they sell, service, and how they serve their clients. No hard pressure selling tactics. Tell them what you would like in a vehicle, and they WILL do their best to make it happen. High end, or mid-range; ready to splurge, or cost conscious; they respect you and your choices. You only have to tell them what your boundaries are and they will respect them. These people know their brand, and the image of that brand they have to maintain and uphold. All the associates in the front of the house take their commitment to customer service very seriously. You are welcomed to their showroom the very minute you walk in the doors. In the after-sales, even more so, they stand behind the products they sell. You will not find a more attentive and caring group of associates, that put matching you to your ideal car, as their only priority. You are not a sales quota, you will genuinely feel like a valued customer.
